Shipping - Waterjet Parts
Same day shipping is available on waterjet parts orders received by 3PM EST Monday - Friday. For non-stocked parts, a Customer Service Representative will notify you of the shipping date. Unless otherwise specified by the customer, BARTON will ship domestic orders via UPS Ground. FOB point is Petersburg, VA or Simi Valley, CA. Shipping charges will be prepaid and added to your invoice.
Shipping - Waterjet Abrasives
Lead time for waterjet abrasives varies by product, warehouse and freight carrier. A sales confirmation with the estimated ship date will be sent by email when the order is processed.
BARTON accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal on domestic (USA) orders. Credit card payments are not accepted for International orders. Terms of Net 30 Days from date of invoice are available with approved credit. A service charge of 1-1/2 percent will be applied to all past due accounts. Components may not be returned without prior authorization. Returned components must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number and the respective packing slip or invoice. Freight charges for returned merchandise shall be prepaid by the customer. Defective components must be reported to BARTON upon discovery of defect.
