This kit includes all the parts needed for a Minor Rebuild of the 87k/94k Flow or H2O Jet intensifier.  A Minor Rebuild is the repair of the high-pressure sections (both sides). 
The Minor Rebuild alternates with the Major Rebuild (which includes seals for the low-pressure section).
The check valve parts are the H2O Jet upgraded/newer designs for Flow's older designs; no retrofit or adjustment is necessary.  Just remove the older check valve parts, cleanup the check valve body face and install the new, H2O Jet kit.  Double-action movement of the H2O Jet check valve outlet is smoother and faster, protecting downstream fittings and tubing from shock.  The new check valve outlet allows for smoother, faster water flow.  It even sounds smoother!

  • 2 Check Valve Repair Kits - 1 for each side - #392003-2; includes spring retainers
  • Silver anti-seize #400001-3
  • Lapping paper (5 sheets 320 and 5 sheets 600 grit) #400026-320-5 and #400026-600-5
  • O-Ring lubricant #400034-2
